She winked at him and just as she did, almost like a signal saying start, doors began to open and people began to step out and into the street. Adriana giggled slightly; the sound was so girlish, so small, perfectly matching her small frame.
Almost immediately, they had a couple of visitors walking towards them, a couple of drunk men stumbling from the local bar, perhaps on their way home already? Either way, Adriana knew they’d not make it, whatever their destination might have been.
Quickly,, Adriana stepped away from Gideon, her movements too fast for the human eyes and then she came up to the right of the two males, standing just on the edge of the back alley that lead between the housing and business district, her emerald eyes shining in the moon like a pair of green beacons for all to see.
She laughed again, though this time, her girlish laugh, though it remained as such, had something more to it and seemed to draw the attention of the two men immediately. One looked at the other, and then back again, their feet starting to move the opposite direction but then turned, and began to walk towards the small girl standing alone at the mouth of the alley. “’scuse me.” She said tot hem, might I ask for your assistance with something, you see, my puppy went down there, and I don’t want to go alone to find him. You two look like bug strong guys, could you help me get him?” She sniffed, her eyes welling with tears at this point.
What else could they do, here she was, a small child, crying for their help, they of course, too drunk to realize a trap when it was presented to them up front like it was; they stepped over and then followed her into the darkness beyond. Just before she disappeared from sight however, she looked back at Gideon, the look telling him to come along, they’d share these ones, she wasn’t greedy.

He smiled slightly, flashing fangs, and stepped into the shadows, following along the wall until the drunkards were completely emerged into the alley. He stepped out behind them and ran his hands along the bigger of the two guys' neck, smiling. "Yes, you'll do nicely."
The guy had a moment to freak over another man touching him before Gid caught his eye. He went limp and then fear showed on his face and he started to struggle to get away. God, how Gid loved it when they struggled, somehow made the meal more satisfying.
He didn't even glance up to see if Adriana had her meal in her grasp, he somehow knew he didn't need to worry about her. He grabbed his man's arm and pulled him around, sinking his fangs deep into the man'd neck as he whimpered like an injured puppy.
He drank the man down, having not had a complete meal like this in years. He dropped the body, propping it against the wall to make it look like he fainted from drink and turned back to Adriana. "A trick my da' taught me."

Adriana brought the two men into the darkness of the alley and as soon as they were alerted to the presence of Gideon, his hand touching the bigger of the two on his neck and getting his attention, she seemed to be forgotten by the other, his attention fully on Gideon, as he’d not figured the small girl to be his worry, that this monster would be the death of her the same as would be the other man; his mistake.
Adriana sidled up to the man, taking his hand in hers and tugged him away from his friend, turning him about with brute force to gaze at her and just as he was about to call out some form of exclamation as to her trickery, she grinned, a very deadly gron that seemed to terrify her prey to a point of stuttering
“B-but..” Was all he managed to get out before Adriana had him in her strong, though near loving embrace, her fangs sunk deep within his throat, right where his neck would meet his shoulder, one hand caressing the back of his head as she drained the life blood that flowed through his veins at an accelerated rate, kneeling as he slumped limply to the dirty floor of the back alley. She looked over at where Gideon has placed his meal and grinned, kicking hers roughly to the side and into what seemed to be a bit of a drainage ditch and then walked over to peer down at Gideon’s meal. “Awe, now don’t he look just so comfy.” She grinned and then laughed wickedly. “Well, that was fun, I think though, that we could find more amusement if we found a larger group to play with, don’t you agree?” She asked then, taking her eyes from the dead corpse sitting, slumped against the wall in the alley. “I think perhaps the park, there always seems to be plenty of humans to play with down there.” She stated and then stepped back away form him and headed once more toward the open street.

He smiled and followed her out onto the street. He wanted more and with her, he could get it. He glanced up, sensing an unseen presence above him a second before a raven was heard and Kanga came into view.
He smiled and waved to the bird as it swooped down to land on his shoulder. He smiled over at Adriana. "We can go to the park, but next time, I get to be the bait." He liked blood from anyone, but, being a man, he tended to attract more volumptuous and feminite victims, more to his liking.
He saw the park come into view and a group of 4 young women, no more than 20 years in age. He smiled slightly and glanced around, noticing no one else. He walked over to them, sadness covering his face. "Excuse me, ladies, but I can't seem to find my little sister. She was running around here a few minutes ago. I think she went into that wooded area over there. Could you lend me a hand?"
He smiled, bashful and worried. The women exchanged glances, giggled, and nodded. He ran his fingers through his hair with a charming smile and a couple of the women blushed as his shirt stretched tight over his sculptured body. "Thank you. I would greatly appreciate it. Greatly." He put emphasis on greatly, making it seem like he was willing to do anything to get his sister back.
He glanced back at Adriana and lead the women into the tree covering and, after a few moments of confusion, seperated them. Two were lost in one direction, closest to Adriana, and two were with Gid.

Adriana walked into the woods, her feet making no sound whatsoever on the soft earth, not a twig snapping beneath them as she silently moved through the grove of trees, not even the underbrush seemed to move as her cloak brushed past it. Her quick eyes found the two girls almost immediately; they had been separated from Gideon and the others and seemed lost in the small Grove. Adriana couldn’t help but smile a wicked little smile as she approached the two of them and looked up at them as though she were nothing more than a simple little girl as lost as they might be.
“’Scuse me..” She started and then stopped, her innocent look changing almost immediately to that of the most evil glare she could possibly possess. “Awe screw it.” She stated in a harsh voice, the girls jumped but neither had time to make a sound.
Adriana flew forward in less than a blink of an eye she had one throttled, though not dead, simply silenced the other was already in her grasp, her fangs embedded in her throat deeply as she ripped and pulled away from her, tearing the girls skin and making a mess out of herself as well as the other in her left hand, blood spurted from the open wound and Adriana allowed it to soak her lips and run down her neck before closing her mouth about the gaping tear and finishing what she’d started, draining the first girl in a few moments. Adriana let the first fall to the heavily blood-soaked floor of the grove and turned to the other girl who’s eyes were large, her breaths coming in forced inhalations due to the tight grasp Adriana had on her throat. Without a word, Adriana lifted her right hand, bloodied and still warm from her friends life essence and stroked the blonde’s hair tenderly, her fingers moving gently through her hair, allowing the silken threads to daintily slide through her digits and then lowered her hand, now smearing blood across the girls soft, tender face to her trembling lips, her fingers interrupting the trail of tears that streamed down the girls cheek. A few moments flew past as Adriana looked into the terrified girls blue-eyed gaze and then, she let her throat go and the girl fell to her knees, not daring to run, not even trying to fight.
“There’s a good little kitten.” Adriana stated and knelt likewise before the girl, lifting her chin up so that she had to once again peer into the face that would soon kill her. “You realize your stupidity now, don’t you, but alas, I fear it is a lesson you’ve learned too late, you know you are not going to be given a second chance, don’t you kitten?’ She said, her tone quiet and loving, almost motherly to the human.
The girl nodded her head; her tears still coming freely down the sides of her cheeks. Adriana took the girls head to her shoulder and laid her hand on the back of her skull, once again running her fingers lightly through the others hair. “Shh, not much longer now, it will all be so clear, you will see, some might even believe you will be able to see your friend, once its over.” Adriana spoke, her voice still soft, as if caring.
Adriana moved the long, blood stained locks of the human to the side, and ran her index finger over her neck, from the hinge of her jaw down until she came to her favorite spot, the place just where the neck met with the shoulder. She lowered her head and brushed her satin lips over that spot and then, gently she pressed her teeth into the soft flesh found there, the human whimpered quietly, though nothing more. Adriana drank from the girl slowly, holding her body close, cradling her in her arms until the last moment, when her heart began to flutter and die out, once there, Adriana withdrew her long canines and held the cooling body against her chest, her own skin flushed with color from such a good feed, her rosy cheeks feeling warm as the humans grew white and cold. A few more moments and Adriana laid the girl on the ground and patted her head. “There’s a good girl, sleep now.” She stated and then rose to go find Gideon.

Gideon smiled as the darkness surrounded the three of them. He walked behind one of the them and ran his lips gently against her neck. "Such a beautiful woman ... Such soft skin." He felt her shutter and took the moment to sink his fangs deep into her neck. There was a moment of panic and then she fell back against the warmth of his arms.
He heard the other coming toward them and knew that he could not finish without her seeing, but that only made a smile creep across his lips. She walked into the clearing just as he dropped her friend and opened her mouth to scream, but his hand was over her mouth before any sound came out.
He whispered against her ear. "Don't fear me, my dear. I am simply doing as you do every day of your miserable little life and feeding the hunger that engulfs my being. Would you deny your hunger?" The young women shook her head, but a soft mewing started to come from her throat. He ran his tongue along the big pulse in her neck and she shuttered, but not from fear.
He put his lips against her ear again, breathing softly. "Have the knowledge that your last moments will not be alone, but in the arms of a man who will do more with what he gains from your body than any other man has every gained from you. That his life is literally in your hands."
She started to moan, low and soft. "Yes, yes, please." Over and over again, barely audible as the wind blew throughout the trees. He could smell her body and its want of him and smiled as his lips touched her neck again. He nibbled along her collarbone and up to the pulse in her neck, making her call out as he bit into her, hard and fast.
Her breathing quickened and her heart sped up, making the blood pump faster. As the last ounce of her being flowed through his veins, he laid her gently to the ground and smiled down at the two before him. Their lives would keep him strong and awakened for the next month, at least.
He wiped the remnants of blood from his lips and scented the air, finding Adriana's faint scent and walking toward it. He didn't know why, but he had an urge to see her again. It was like nothing he had ever felt before and it intrigued him. He came upon her just as she stood away from her kill and waited for her just inside the treeline.

Her feet traversed the small distance between him and herself without sound, she stopped, just before him, her gaze a silvery liquid mixed with a passionate emerald green as she looked into his gray orbs and she smiled almost viciously, a small flame erupted behind those eyes just as she allowed a smile to slide up over her satin lips. She was splattered generously with the crimson blood from the first girl, allowing her to look every bit the creature of night she was, her long wavy silken strands of soft, golden, locks drifted now over her slender shoulders as she stood still and quietly before Gideon, something about her had changed quite a lot from their first meeting, something that made her resemble what her true nature represented, and that was her sadistic and insatiable lust for the hunt as well as an almost demonic cruelty which nearly consumed her very aurora.
Adriana reached out over the few inches between the two and ran her index finger along side his lips and then looked down at her finger, there was a small drop of blood there and she brought that finger up to her lips and then opened those satin lips and ran her tongue over it, and then let her hand drop to her side again. “Well, that was a very sweet gift you gave me Gideon, thank you.” She stated in a quiet purr.
There was definitely something about him that drew her nearer at their every move together, she didn’t usually simply step forward to introduce herself to others, but he’d caught her attention quickly, she didn’t know what it was, nor did she now care, the night had been moving on at a very nice pace, and she’d fed well, though her lust for feeding as well as destroying any that crossed her path was still quite evident, she was definitely not ready to call it a night, not by far. “So, what next Gideon, shall we move on to something a bit more exciting then? Perhaps a public display of our affection for the cattle that are strewn about the night’s air, our night?” She suggested, a fine brow rising over her dangerous gaze.
Something had changed in this vampire, something big, since her awakening and since her return to the reality of the world after the horrid memories of the loss of her brother. She had become much more aggressive and her usual kind demeanor was being replaced with the more demonic and cruel side that was her brother’s front, not her own.

He smiled as she took the blood from his lips. "It was a gift that you put to good use." He lifted his hand up and ran his fingers along her jawbone and laughed. "Though you seem to be wearing more of it than anything else."
He pulled his fingertips away and licked the blood from them. He smiled at her suggestion of more and nodded, bowing slightly. "I am yours tonight, Adriana. You have shown me more kindness than any vampire I have ever met and that should be rewarded."
He smiled at her, eyes flashing. They changed from grey to red and back in a few seconds time, dancing in the darkness. He ran his fingers through his hair and smiled. "Whenever you wish to go, I will follow, if just for tonight."

Adriana watched him, as he smiled at her and then ran his fingers through his hair and she smiled even wider, allowing the full sight of her canine’s in that smile. She definitely found this male attractive, his little hand trick through his hair worked well on all females, it seemed. However it wasn’t just that alone that drew her to him in that manner, it was his love to kill and willingness to go with her out in the open for a most public display of Chaos that delighted her more than anything just now.
“Careful there Gideon, I might take you up on your offer to be mine for the night.” She winked at him and then brought the index finger of her right hand to her lips, kissed it and laid it softly on his nose before turning on her heal, grasping the Katana at her side and drawing the sword from its resting position in its sheath at her side. With a high-pitched ring the sword flew from its restraint and flared first with an azure glow before turning shadowed, an undulating moving aura about it and it hissed.
“Yes my friend, time to play” She stated as she continued to walk from the forest grove back into the now busy town square.
It didn’t take them long to notice her, a vampire covered in blood carrying a shadowy sword with liquid eyes that seem to burn with hellish flames was not all that hard to miss. However, the first one to begin to sound the alarm was cut short, somehow her head just seemed to drop to the ground at her feet as Adriana grinned and stepped over, her Katana was not in her hand, but after what seemed only a few moments, fell from the sir to land in her outstretched fingers, the blade sizzling with blood. “Shh..” Adriana said, looking down at the severed head, her index finger to her lips before she turned her eyes upwards to gaze about her.

He smiled as she walked out into the crowd covered in blood. He pulled the blade at his hip and held it close to his body, following her out of the wooded clearing. He watched the head fly through the air and smiled slightly, feeling a slight stirring in his pants. He shook it off and took a few steps toward her, slicing a woman open from her navel to her chin as she started to scream.
He felt the slight splatter of blood fall across his face and felt Kanga call him overhead, asking to join the fray. He laughed and felt the bird dive down, ripping out the eyes of an old man who was about to attack Gideon from behind.
He felt the bird fly up and turned in time to see a soldier appear behind Adriana. He smiled and ran forward in an instant, stabbing his blade through his back, his heart. He felt the blood start running down his face and caught sight of Adriana, covered in blood with a feral look on her face, her eyes flashing.
He felt that familiar stirring again and shook his head. He had the weirdest taste in woman. He loved the feral ones, the bloody ones, the women who carried blades and knew how to use them. He reached his hand out to touch her and heard Kanga overhead and pulled back.
NO! You can't go through that again. Leave it be. I will not protect you from another again. He shook his head as Kanga's voice penetrated his mind, warning him to stay awau from her. Yet, he could not keep his eyes off her as she continued her spree.

Adriana turned, just in tome to see Gideon’s blade thrust through the chest of the unfortunate soldier who’d so idiotically decided to attack her from behind and she grinned at him, the blood covered male held for her an even greater appeal than ever though, she quickly turned away again, her blood stained cloak whipping about and she pivoted and then stepped and then leapt forward, Katana in hand, back into the fray of confused, panicked humans.
Adriana landed in the center of a dozen or so people, a few of which drew their swords immediately. Even through the entire chaotic scramble, if one listened close enough; they’d have heard a little child laughing in a manner of insanity. Adriana ducked, dodged and twirled inside the circle of armed humans, playing like a child on the playground during recess, jumping rope and playing dodge ball all at once, each time someone would swing his sword, she’d laugh freely, giggling almost excitedly like any child. After a few minutes of dodging and dancing about in the center of their attacks, she brought her Katana up and stood still, deflecting hit after hit until she tired of the game, which took no longer then a few more minutes.
Adriana raised the sword to chest level and then, with a wicked little blood covered grin, jumped into the air and spun about, extending her arm, her small feet landing on the shoulders of one larger male, she jumped backwards, her ankle catching him about the neck and twisted in mid air, snapping his vertebra while taking the head off the closest one to her, landing in a crouch, she’d managed to take out four of the dozen in that one movement, and turned her wicked eyes to the rest.
“So, you still wanna play with me?” She asked in the smallest and most innocent of voices and then giggled again.
The remaining would-be heroes not so sure of themselves still held their ground, foolishly enough, and once again advanced on the small vampire. Adriana grinned, if possible even larger as they closed in about her, weapons still coming at a seemingly unmoving, yet impenetrable target.
She leapt forward, her sword flashing out in one hand, as she grasped one of the humans with the other, her teeth sinking into his flesh, ripping him open at his jugular, spraying her with his blood as he slumped lifelessly to the hard cobbled ground. She twirled about as one of the blades grazed her right shoulder, slicing her shoulder open and growled. “Ouch!” She exclaimed as she once again landed in that same crouch, another three down. “Now that wasn’t very nice.” She pouted, holding her already healing shoulder, though continued to grin at the remaining five.
They continued to circle the now soaked vampire, the crimson blood from their fallen friends splattered over her face and clothes as she grinned up at them, the Katana in her hand sizzling still as blood dripped from its curved tip. She glanced over at Gideon between the once again closing circle of bodies, but then disappeared as they fell on her with a barrage of futile attacks. In the end, Adriana stood up, in the middle of the piled bodies, her cloak as well as her lips and sword, dripping with their blood, she stpeed over the corpses and slid her steel back into its resting place at her hip as she looked about to see what more fun she’d be able to find in the panicking crowd, as well, watching Gideon, an altogether different look on her crimson stained face.
”No, you only want him tonight, in the morning, you’ll want to beat yourself.” She was trying to convincing herself as she stood, removing her drenched cloak from her shoulders, allowing it to fall with a wet thud the to cobbled street about her feet.

He watched from the shadows of a tree as she killed relentlessly. He'd step in every few minutes, killing those who tried to get at her from behind, but, for the most part, he watched her. He could hear Kanga's protests that watching was how it started before, the first time, with Illirea, but he ignored him.
Illirea was different. She had been human, innocent. She didn't know how to protect herself. The blood she shed was to save him, not because she had enjoyed it. He remembered the moment that he actually saw her as something other than a nuisance. It was the blood that covered her from head to toe that made his legs feel like Jell-o. The way it trickled down her white dress. He had taken her, not caring that she wouldn't live more than a few decades.
He shook his head and turned back to Adriana, the girl before him. He had noticed her beauty before he had seen the bloodlust, but the carnage she was causing only made his temperature rise more, made his loins throb with pleasure. He had always had a thing about women covered in blood, women who could handle themselves.
He ripped the jugular of a guy that came up behind him and felt the blood spray dripping down his face as Adriana turned back to him. Kanga could say what he wanted, but she was nothing like Illirea. Illirea would have never had that look of pure content on her face, dripping blood. Or that look of lust that flashed across her face as she looked at him.
He removed his partially stained cloak and walked over to her, all to aware of the heat in his groin, and wrapped the cloak around her shoulders. "That was the most amazing thing I've ever seen." His voice was deep, seductive, and he knew that she could feel the heat of his body. "Where did you learn to fight like that?" Maybe if he changed the subject, he would calm down.

Adriana walked up to him and allowed him to put his cloak about her slender shoulders, taking one of her hands, she reached up and slid the cloak about her a bit more snugly and turned to him, his question raised a brow and sent a perfectly delighted grin his way.
Yes, she cold feel the heat rise from his body and she knew he wanted her perhaps as greatly as she did him, which didn’t help her at all in convincing herself not to think about him, however, like him, she figured perhaps a slight change in subject, would help to diffuse the situation, even though at this moment, she’d not taken her eyes from him, not even when she reached thoughtlessly to her right and throttled a passing human who had come too close, even the sound of his flesh ripping from his throat right before the rather sickening ‘Thud’ when his lifeless corpse hit the ground detoured her gaze in any way.
“Thanks.” She said first, her voice soft, quiet, near dream-like, after she’d adjusted his cloak about her shoulders. “My brother taught me how to fight, blame it on him.” She grinned at Gideon. “When one is taught to fight from perhaps the most fierce of warriors, one learns rather quickly, and well.” She winked, her eyes still glued on him as she spoke, her mind screaming at her to back off, her feet taking another step closer.
Adriana had stopped listening to her mind, the adrenaline rush of the last quarrel with these humans having taken over, her blood lust still pounding through her veins, her feral instincts rising to the surface and she took yet another step closer, on of her hands coming up to rest on his cheek again. She grinned at him then, a wicked little grin right before she leaned in, quicker than the naked eyes and nipped him in the shoulder, just enough to make him bleed and then grinned innocently up at him, putting one hand over her mouth, a feigned look of shock on her face. “Oops, did I just do that?” She raised a brow and smiled from under her hand as her feet backed away a step or two, ready for him to react, ready to play their own game of cat and mouse, she most willingly taking on the role of mouse.
Adriana pivoted on her heal once more and took off, headed back along the outskirts of the bloodied square, the place was near deserted now, most humans who’d been around fled to safer waters by this time. She jumped up into the center fountain and crouched at the very top, looking down at Gideon, her eyes flashing right along with the grin. “Coming?” She questioned, her voice softly making its way over to him as if on the back of a soft breeze.

He smiled as she bit him and walked away. This was going to be fun. He brushed Kanga's voice out of his head, telling him it was just one night, nothing more.
He followed her, jumping to the edge of the fountain, looking up at her. "You're going to pay for that, my dear." He jumped up, pushing her off the fountain. He pushed her back until her had her against a wall in the darkest part of an alley.
He leaned his whole body against hers and smiled, face mere inches from her own. "How do you want to pay for that?" He breathed in her scent, body growing hot with passion. He pushed his lower body up against her, letting her know just how happy he was to be there.
He brushed his lips gently against hers, then pulled back, looking into her eyes. His own eyes going red with the passion he felt coursing through his body. He wanted so much more than that mere brush of lips, but he was afraid that if he did more, he wouldn't be about to stop.
He breathed along her skin, down her neck, and brushed a fang gently against her jugular, scratching a thin line across her neck, bleeding her a little. "Oops. Looks as if I've gone and done the same thing that you just did. Tsk, tsk." He ran his tongue along the scratch, bringing his eyes level with hers again. "What are we going to do about it?" His voice had dropped several octaves and held so many promises of things he could do to her.

Adriana found herself pinned against the wall in the alley, his body tightly pressed against her own, she could definitely feel his desire for her, as well, hear his accelerated beating of his heart, pushing his blood through his veins at a rate she definitely liked.
The soft brush of his lips and then the more aggressive nature of his return abrasion caused her to draw in a most unneeded breath, a gasp if you will. She didn’t fight against him and raised a brow as he ran his tongue over the spilled blood on her neck, though she knew that small amount wouldn’t harm him, he’d not feel the searing pain of her blood, not yet, though she knew it was leading that way. She turned her eyes to look into his now red orbs, her own liquid silver ones burning with that same underlying flame as was there before, though this time, more present than ever, unhidden. Her hands, one coming now up his back to grasp onto the back of his head, closed about a handful of is hair, the other moved up his side, to rest on his cheek and she smiled a wicked little smile at him through partially, parted lips. “It would seem so…” She returned in a soft, too calm tone.
She moved her head to the side, so that her check was pressed lightly against his own, turning further, she lightly pressed her lips against his soft flesh, just to the back of his check, where his jaw came to an end. “I think, perhaps I plan on something a little more fun than simply giving in, sir.” She started and then licked her soft lips, allowing her hot breath to fall over his flesh as she spoke quietly.
The hand at he back of his head then pulled back swiftly, jerking his head backwards and to the side, then with amazing speed, even for a vampire, she sunk her canines onto his flesh and pulled upwards, opening the wound and drew in for a moment of his blood before running her other hand down his front and pushing him away, she swirled to the left with a tiny laugh as she escaped his grasp, her tongue coming out to lick away the blood that threatened to slide down her chin. She wanted him, but she was not giving in without a bit more pay time, she was quite enjoying this little cat-mouse game she had started and knew, that her actions would only serve to further aggress his already feral behavior however, she wanted him one of two ways, either angry, or simply aggressively passionate,
