Among usual converations being carried out among the populace, little was noticed by the pair of falons roosting on the rooftop. The birds chirped and clapped their beaks together, finally resorting to flapping their wings out and shaking their bodies, trying to get someone's attention.
That someone was resting on the back of the tiecel, he made a harness on the neck of the bird, who willingly let him sleep until he reached his desination. The raptor couple was urging him to let them hunt and sleep for the day, and he replyed by snapping his fingers and removed the harness with a frosty mist of light. He dismounted on the ledge and as he took a glance below the tiecel lower his head to the face of the minture humaniod, expecting a farewell. Fidal smiled as he touched the beak in reply and the two birds departed disappearing the daylight's sky.
Satified with the time he took to get here. He fluttered in a speck of frost blue glow into the hall, along the structures to make himself unoticed. The stucture, the history, the tales, he'll learned as he watches the arcturture careful, making a silent announcment of his arrival....
...The mention of wanting to claim that empty runeshop on the way here can wait.

A tiny creature sat on the top edge of one of the grand painting that decorated the Main entrance hall, her tiny form sitting with one leg crossed over the other, her raven locks tied up, as usual, in two tiny buns that adorned her head on either side and position just back slightly to proudly show off her little pointed ears, her onyx eyes quick to notice another of her kind as he shimmered into the hall. The delicate wings that were at present, residing neatly folded at her back lay motionless as her head followed the other small creature and though she was excited to see him, she made no move to seek out his attention, though wanted to.
Krystal was, in general a somewhat shy being, having been rather young at only 100 fairy years. She remained sitting, her hands clasped on the edge of the painting, tiny knuckles growing white as her grip tightened to keep herself from moving, to keep herself as unnoticeable as possible. She still didn’t trust the humans, especially after the unfortunate and most horrible event with the walking dead creatures of her beloved forest.
Go welcome him.. her mind was telling her but she ignored it, she was just not moving.

This hall can tell so much, maybe this place has a library where I can confirm my friend's tales... Fidalio mused as he looks across another mural, putting together his own personal tale of the pictures. He put his finger along his chin like focusing his own personal reverie as he moved on, somewhat ignoring everyone that might have had noticed his charming spark across the hall.
It was not that he didn't noticed another fairy sitting around, he mostly didn't care. Since his exile from the vallery, he had more company with cenutars, golems, mice, and of course elves. He was still an outsider, hence his lack of manners or the difference between them.

She couldn’t hold it back any longer; her simple curiosity was devouring her sense of shyness and was beginning to overload her with anticipation. She just had to go say hi to this other fairy, this one she had not before ever seen, and wondered why, as she thought she knew just about all of them, in passing at the very least.
Krystal loosened her grip on the side of the frame and with a small little spring forward, found herself flying through the air, her tiny wings moving in such quick motions, one would think of a hummingbird zipping about in a sweet smelling garden on a early spring day. Soon, she was hovering before the other of her kind, flying backwards as he sailed forward, her onyx eyes watching him, though moving in and out of the mingling crowd of humans, as if she had eyes in the back of her head.
“Hi.” She said in her quiet and friendly voice, her hands resting at her sides as she waited to see if he would even acknowledge her.

Without much to keep him focused on where he was going, Fidal hardly glanced in front of him enough as looking at the hall and its artisan value, however he turned long enough to catch a other fairy in front of him with some sort of amazement.
"Uhrm, hello" He said nervously as he stopped in midair, straighting his glasses as he did so.

The moment he stopped, she did a little loop in the air and stopped as well, now hovering like a hummingbird, her head tilting to the side. “New here aren’t you?” She asked, “Me too, name Krystal, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you before. Well, any way, welcome to Karador.” She told him, her small wings fluttering to keep her in one spot as she spoke to him.
The smile she gave him would be nothing he’d have expected, from one of his own, as he had been outcast, he’d be used to being snubbed by their kind, but that wasn’t what Krystal was about, she’d not cared to exile any of her kind for any reason, even if they’d killed another fairy, she felt that they should all just live with it, go on with their lives and deal with things as they came, but it was the leaders, the King and Queen, the other fairies that made the rules, not her. That was the entire reason she’ d left, well, not the entire, but a large reason as to why. She wanted to see how other creatures lead their lives, how the world outside her own worked, to get away from the tight rain that the fairies held on their own kind, and probably would not be so welcomed back herself if they knew her reasoning.
