Faust and Cella rounded the corner of first and walked down the road that drew them past the street that lead to the cemetery. The night was wearing on and now; it was time to return home. It had been probably a week since Cella had been to her actual home, and as she walked, with Faust, their hands still linked together, she sighed.
“I’m going to have to start a fire, I’m sure it’ll be chilly in there.” She stated as they walked up the solid wooden steps to her front door.
She removed her hand form his forearm and reached up above her door and came back down with a small silver key in her fingers and unlocked the door then turned the handle, just as the door creaked slightly, there came the sound of four heavy feet pounding on the cobbled walk they had just passed over to the front door. Cella turned around, her hand still in Faust’s, just in time to be greeted with the fore feet of a huge mongrel dog, brindle in color and obviously quite happy to see her. “MAX!” She exclaimed and was forced to let go of Faust’s hand and push the excited animal down off of her. “It’s good to see you too boy…” She said, turning her head to Faust and smiling at him. “Faust, this is Max, Max… this is Faust.” She introduced the two of them as Max stood there, tail wagging and tongue lolling out, his golden eyes now looking up at the Doctor. Cella snickered slightly. “I’ve been away for too long, Should have probably expected that.” She said, straightening her dress and then walking inside, Max trotting in directly behind her.
Cella then turned around and smiled at Faust again. “Coming?” She asked in her soft voice, as Max rounded the corner and went out of sight.

It was close to quarter after nine when Faust and Cella reached her home. They passed a graveyard along the way, which made Faust very nervous. He never did enjoy spending time in any graveyard, it always felt as if something wasn't right, like there was a small disturbance in his very core, a splinter in his thoughts. The longer he stayed in one the more disturbed he felt. He always avoided graveyards whenever he could. Faust was very quiet the rest of the walk to her house, that is, until she addressed him.
“I’m going to have to start a fire, I’m sure it’ll be chilly in there.”
Faust looked at Cella, the graveyard pushed from his mind and he smiled warmly. "Well ok th...." He began, only to be cut off back a large dog that came charging up to them and jumped up on Cella.
She introduced her dog, which Faust knew, working at the hospital. Max was, if anything, a hospital pet, hanging around and getting attention from the nurses. Faust liked the dog personally but knew Max had to be kept away from the medical area, for sanitary reasons. So Max had to stay in the caffiteria, away from the cooks, in a makeshift living area. The doctor knew the dog got lots of attention at the hospital, from visitors and staff alike, and he couldn't help feeling the dog was very pleased that he got so much affection. “Coming?”
"Oh, yes, of course." Faust replied, walking in and removing his jacket, putting it up on a coatrack by the door. "This is a very nice place you've got here." He said, taking a few steps forward and looked around the corner to find Cella in the living room.

Max was lounging on a huge reclining chair just to the right of the fireplace, his massive body all but making the chair disappear from sight as Cella leaned down with a match, struck it on the outer surface of the hearth and put it to the rolled up paper she held in her hand before resting it under the kindling that would get their fire moving along. It took her only one try and the flames erupted, and began to leap up to devour the dry wood as if happy to be alive.
“Now...” She stated, standing up and turning to Faust, what would it be? Coffee or tea?” She asked as she walked over to him with a smile on her softly colored lips.
She paused slightly just as she stood at his shoulder, in a manner of passing him by. She turned her head and smiled, her hand reached out and touched his arm softly and lingered there on his arm until he would reply. “And please, have a seat, it won’t take long to boil some water. Do you want anything to nibble on I think I might have something in the cupboards. Maybe.” She then admitted, a little note of mirth coming into her tone now, as she knew she probably didn’t, she spent so little time here, the most she’d probably come up with was some scraps for Max, and that would be about it. “Err.. scratch that, I probably don’t have much else than coffee and tea at the moment.” She admitted.

"Something to nibble on..." He said thoughtfully, thinking of a thing or two.
“Err.. scratch that, I probably don’t have much else than coffee and tea at the moment.”
"Ah." He replied, shrugging and smiling. "Tea would be perfect them." He brushed his hand along Cella's and looked into her eyes before turning and sitting down on the couch. He watched Cella turn into the kitchen and sighed, dreamily thinking about her, staring into the fire.
Faust looked over the Max and reached out to pet him. "Lucky dog, getting to live with such a amazing woman." He scratched the dog behind the ears and grinned. "I'm really glad she's enjoying herself, I am too, honestly." He ran his hand over Max's back. "She's special, perfect." He admitted, his ears turning pink even though he was talking to a dog. "I'm glad she wanted to go out with me."
He continued to pet Max for a few minutes, sometimes scratching him behind his ears, whispering a few things every once and a while. It was good to have a dog who would listen, Faust rarely got a chance to talk about anything personal, at least outloud, it was a good change of pace.

Cella walked into the kitchen and leaned against the counter for a moment, her lips turned up into a smile, her mind racing through the events of the evening. It had been, in a word, perfect. She sighed dreamily as she turned then opened the cupboard and took down a couple cups and the tea holder. She then grasped the pot and walked to the faucet and began filling it. She was so preoccupied with thoughts of Faust in her mind; it wasn’t until the water began to flow over her hand that she realized she’d been standing there in a dream-like state. wake up girl she mentally chided herself, but continued smiling as she turned the tap off and placed the kettle on the stove.
Now, she let her mind wonder to the living room as she prepared the tea tray. She saw Faust petting Max, he was talking to him and now she wondered what about. Though, she’ d never know, she contented herself with simply watching him in her mind, her hands moving about, settling the small sugar container on the tray along with the two cups, her eyes seeing what she was doing, but not focused as they were in her mind. She couldn’t help it, he was so.. perfect, that’s what he is her mind said to her just as the kettle began to whistle, drawing her form her little world and forcing her back to the kitchen.
Cella walked from the kitchen, her hands carrying the tray with a Kettle full of tea, two cups and a small container of sugar and managed to sit them on the table before Faust, without mishap, thankfully. She took her seat, next to him and took up the kettle and poured some tea into each cup. “Sugar?” She asked, not certain if he’ d take some or not, she never used it in herself.
“Finally getting warmer good.” She then commented, her eyes moving from Faust to gaze shortly at the fire that crackled happily in the hearth just before them.
Max raised his head a slight bit and wagged his tail lazily when Cella spoke but then returned the massive thing back to the arm of the chair and closed his eyes, obviously content to simply laze about in front of the fire.

"Sugar?"
Faust turned from Max and smiled at Cella as she walked into the room. "No, thank you, I'll take it plain." He replied, finding himself very content at the moment.
He graciously accepted the cup of tea from Cella and took a sip of it, savoring the taste of a fresh made tea. "Now..." He said, smiling. "Lets see if I can drink this without it ending up all over me like last time." He took another sip and rest the cup on the table in front of them.
Faust glanced at the large dog that had claimed ownership of the chair by the fire, he seemed to enjoy lounging about there and half expected Max to fall asleep. The doctor reached over and patted the large scruffy creature one last time before turning his attention to Cella.
"This is a very nice place you have here." He said, scooting down the couch so that he could be closer to her, as there was a good few feet between them. "Its got a nice, old feel too it, shame you don't stay here too often." Faust turned his head and smiled warmly at Cella, his emeral eyes meeting her amethyst ones.

Cella took a small sip of her tea and then returned the cup to its resting place on the table before them. She laughed at his comment and after he had taken a sip and returned his own cup to its resting place she smiled. “Seems you did just fine.” She returned and then was silent again as he continued to talk.
When he slid over, closing the gap between them, Cella smiled warmly, happy to be closer to him once again. “Thank you, it is rather comfortable, and yes, I only just wish I did have a bit more time to spend here, but…” She sighed. “No rest for the wicked as they say.” Then she paused. “I must have been terribly wicked in another life.” She joked and then was caught in his emerald gaze again, all words melting away, her entire being feeling as though it would and could melt any moment now.
move closer stupid she mentally kicked herself and Cella did just that and moved in closer to him, sealing whatever gap remained between the two, now resting her shoulder against his all the while, never letting his gaze go astray form her own.

She pressed up against him and Faust smiled. Cella never once looked broke their gaze, nor did he, he didn't want to. He gently let his hand brush up against her cheek. "You're amazing." He told her softly, his eyes looking deep into her's. "Just..." He paused and letting his back of his hand touch the softness of her neck. "pefect..." He finished, unable to truely come up with another word.
Inside there was a small voice, deep inside his head wondering what to do. Don't.... It told him, then moments later it changed it's mind. Well.... maybe....
"Oh, just do it" He thought, leaning forward and kissing her gently, briefly, before leaning back to where he was before and watching her reaction. He felt rather tense, not sure if he did the right thing, Faust's insides constricted slightly, even his toes curled slightly in his shoes.

Cella’s heart raced when he moved in and the moment his lips touched hers, her mind reeled and then it was over, just like that, he sat back up and looked at her and she smiled softly at him once again, knowing he wasn’t sure of what he’d done. Her hand then reached up to caressed his cheek softly, her thumb moving down across his cheek and then back up again to meet her other fingers. She leaned forward and laid her lips soft lips against his in return, and then pulled away, though not entirely at first, she stayed, hovered just centimeters away from his own and smiled, her lavender orbs searching his emerald eyes for a moment before leaning back again, allowing her hand to slide down the side of his cheek until it rested on his forearm once more.
“Sweet.” She said softly, in a near whisper. There was so many things jumbled in her mind at that moment, and the one word, ‘sweet’ was all she could come up with, her heart was racing, her mind so overloaded and her tea forgotten as it still sat, unattended on the tray that sat upon the table before the two of them.

"Indeed..." Faust replied, his nervousness gone. He leaned forward again and press his lips upon her's, this time keeping them there longer than before. He pulled back and smiled lightly, their eyes locked once more. He ran his fingers through her hair gently, his eyes reflecting nothing but adoration for her.
"Cella..." He whispered. "I care for you so much." He brushed some hair from her eyes and then trailed them along her cheek. Then he grinned happily. "I was a little unsure there for a moment..." He still couldn't really beleive that he had just kissed Cella, it was perfect, wonderful. When he kissed her he felt.... right, like it was as if Cella and Faust were supposed to connect, to kiss eachother. He wondered if she felt that way too...

The moment his lips pressed against her, her hands moved, sliding up his chest, one remaining there, the other moving upwards still to lightly move around the back of his neck. When he pulled away again, her hand slid form his neck, her fingertips sliding along his jaw line to his chin and then she allowed that hand to join her other to rest on his chest, her fingers now moving along the collar of his shirt.
“And I you Faust… “ She replied, her eyes once gain searching his, as if looking for something there she wasn’t quite certain of. “I don’t try to understand why, or how, I just feel…” She trailed off, as if searching for the right words or word. “I belong with you?” She stated more than asked, a question not needing an answer. She blushed slightly, her pale cheeks gaining a bit of color for a short moment. “Does that sound silly?” She then asked him, a smile gracing her lips as she spoke.
She wasn’t certain she’d said what she really wanted to say, her mind just simply wasn’t working all to well just now, though it all seemed right to her.

"I don’t try to understand why, or how, I just feel… I belong with you? Does that sound silly?"
"Not at all." He answered. "As I feel the same. I feel as if I belong with you, as you feel the same about me." He held her close, gently stroking her hair. He wrapped his arms around Cella and sighed.
"The moment I met you I felt something, I felt like I was drawn to you..." He looked into her eyes, like the day they first saw eachother. "It felt as if I knew you from before, yet... not. And since that day I couldn't help but feel something about you were amazing." He pause and gently smiled at her.
Everything about this one moment was perfect. For such a long time he had wished to ask Cella out, a few hours ago he wished to set his lips upon her's, and now he felt blissful, elated, freed. He smiled again, never had he felt like this before, it was a unique experience, one that he loved.

Cella contented herself to lay her hands around his shoulders as he drew her in and held her, talking to her about his feelings. So he had felt the same way, he had been drawn to her in the same manner. She had hoped, but never in her wildest dreams would she had allowed herself the happiness that would suggest he’d too feel for her as strongly as she for him. As he stroked her hair lightly with his fingers, and smiled warmly down at her with those emerald eyes, she found her hand too returning to his soft white locks, her fingers allowing his tresses to slide through her digits only to be picked back up a gain, to repeat the action over again.
“Faust...” She started and then bit her lower lip with her top teeth again, allowing it to slide out and away slowly, her eyes continuing to peer into his own. “I love you…” She near whispered, the three words slipping from between her lips as though spoken a million times, with such emotion behind the tone that ran hand in hand with her words, it was almost surreal in motion and sound however still just as solid and real as the nose on either their faces.

They sat there, pulled close together, merely looking into each other's eyes. Faust was gently running his long fingers through Cella's firey locks while she buried her fingers in his snowy hair. Both their eyes were clear and seemed to shine like the most beautiful jewels in existance. Faust wished to confess his feelings for her, how he truely felt. It took him a few moments to find his voice, yet Cella spoke before he could get the words out, she saying what he wanted to reveal.
“I love you…”
"And I..." He whispered back, meaning every word. "love you." Faust leaned forward and set his lips upon Cella's and kissed her like how he truely wanted to kiss her. It was gentle, yet passionate at the same time, one that was meant to steal her very breath away. He held his lips there for only a second yet it felt like a blissful eternaty before he leaned back and smiled. "I truely love you..."

The kiss he placed on her lips made her entire body tingle with delight, it was as though her entire world came to a halt, just to hold the feeling and did skip a beat as he pulled away again. She hadn’t wanted him to stop that kiss, and as she looked into his eyes, her own began to close again as she leaned forward and placed her lips softly against his cheek, her hand following and as she pulled away, it took the place of her lips and stayed, the smile on her lips softened and then she laid her head on his shoulder and sighed happily.
“I do so love you Faust…” She started her voice coming to his ears in dreamy tones, as if to speak normally just now would break some forbidden rule.
After a few moments, Cella raised her head form his shoulder again and looked up at him. “When did you first realize your feeling?” She asked, her voice curious, though still so soft and loving.
